Pimilico Race Course is the second oldest horse race track in the nation only to Saratoga and is home of the 132nd Preakness Stakes. The Pimlico track is the home for horse racing's famous match race in which Seabiscuit beat War Admiral. Pimlico Race Course has played host to several great legends in horse racing history. Among the legendary horses who have seen action at Pimlico race course are Seabiscuit, War Admiral, Man O' War, Sir Barton, Citation, Secretariat, Cigar and Silver Charm.
Pimlico Race Course typically has racing from March to June, July to August and from September to October.
