All is Not Well for Playoff Bound Vikings NFL Betting Odds
The Vikings were completely outplayed in an NFL lines this past week at Carolina and now the head coach and quarterback are not on the same wave length.
NFL betting odds favor Minnesota this week against Chicago on Monday Night Football but there are concerns, especially after last week when quarterback Brett Favre and head coach Brad Childress disagreed about Favre coming out of the NFL betting odds contest. The offensive line was struggling against Carolina’s defensive line, particularly Julius Peppers and Favre was taking a beating in the NFL betting odds game. Childress wanted to pull Favre out of the NFL lines game but the quarterback would have none of it. "Yeah, there was a heated discussion, I guess you would call it," Favre said, "No secret, I was getting hit a little bit. I felt the pressure on a lot of plays. We had seven points. So I think everyone in the building was like, 'They're not moving the ball, they're not getting points.'”
NFL betting odds showed that Childress tried to downplay the entire conversation but the media has picked up on the rift. "We were just having a good conversation about the game was heading at that point and time," Childress said. "And what we needed to do to head the other way."
Favre had been having an MVP NFL betting odds season until the last couple of weeks but that talk is now gone. The Vikings have already clinched the NFC North and will be making the playoffs but the team does have problems in NFL betting odds. The defense is no longer dominant as they really miss linebacker E.J. Henderson in NFL betting odds contests. NFL betting odds show that the offense suddenly can’t run the ball with Adrian Peterson and Favre is throwing interceptions. The Vikings managed only 10 first downs and went 1-for-10 on third-down conversions in the NFL lines loss to Carolina.
Minnesota is still in decent shape for the second seed in the NFC so all is not lost for the Vikings vs. NFL betting odds. They would get a bye and have home field advantage. If they win in NFL betting odds and the Saints win, then they would meet at the Superdome and Minnesota always seems to do better vs. the NFL lines in domes.
