Offense: The offense depends upon QB Tony Romo, who passed for 2,903 yards, 65.3% completions, 19 TDs and 13 interceptions. WR Terry Glenn and WR Terrell Owens give Romo two good targets in addition to super tight end Jason Witten and running backs Julius Jones and Marion Barber. The Cowboys definitely have the weapons on offense for NFL betting this year.
Defense: The Dallas Cowboys gave up the league's most yardage on first down last football betting season and rarely got pressure on quarterbacks. Football betting experts think that will change with Phillips in charge. Former top pick LB Demarcus Ware has been great and the secondary is solid for NFL betting lines with cornerback Aaron Glenn and SS Roy Williams.
Forecast: Dallas will definitely be a good football betting contender for the NFC East in 2007. The Cowboys should continue to improve on offense with Tony Romo and the defense should be tough with Phillips bringing his attack philosophy from San Diego.
