Redskins Sticking with Campbell at QB NFL Lines
Those betting on Washington are not really thrilled to have Campbell at quarterback again in this NFL lines game against Philadelphia
NFL lines have seen the Redskins struggle this season with Campbell at quarterback. Head coach Jim Zorn is feeling the heat as his play calling duties have been stripped. Zorn is sticking with Campbell though as his starting quarterback in this NFL lines matchup. "I'm going to go right back to Jason," Zorn said, "I didn't give up on the young man; I didn't give up on the QB. After all is said and done, [Campbell] is where I'm going to head."
Campbell has done okay in his career against the Eagles in NFL betting odds going 3-2. Campbell did not play well last week in NFL lines as he was 6-of-19 for 89 yards and an interception. He was benched for backup Todd Collins but Zorn is going back to Campbell in the NFL betting odds matchup against the Eagles. One thing that will be different in this NFL lines matchup is the play caller as Sherm Lewis will be in the coach’s box calling plays down to Zorn who will relay them into Campbell. "I did not pick that," Zorn said. "I think it's going to be very difficult. We're all going to have this challenge before us. We're going to make the best of it. We're not out of the game planning -- it's not, 'See you Monday night and tell us what to do.' We'll game play in similar fashion."
The Redskins are 1-4-1 against the NFL lines at the online sportsbook this season. They are not really a factor in the NFC East race but they have the talent to turn things around in NFL betting odds. With Zorn as head coach and Campbell at quarterback though it doesn’t seem likely they will beat the NFL lines. If the Redskins lose in NFL lines this week against the Eagles it could be Zorn’s last game. The team has a bye next week before facing the Atlanta Falcons in NFL lines at the online sportsbook.
