St. Louis Rams at Jacksonville Bet on Football

The Rams are still winless on the season while the Jaguars have been up and down in NFL betting.

Bet on football favors the Jaguars by 9.5 points with a total of 42. It is tough to get a read on the Jaguars. One week they look good and the next week they look inept. Last week they were humiliated 41-0 at Seattle and didn’t even look like an NFL team. The Rams haven’t been very good this season either but they could be getting their starting quarterback, Marc Bulger back on Sunday. Bulger was the #2 last week but had to come in when Kyle Boller was injured. “Both quarterbacks looked really sharp,” running back Steven Jackson said. “We were able to move the ball. We actually were able to stretch the field, and our receivers made plays.” Bulger has been injury prone in his career but can make plays when given time. “I'm just glad we could go in and get some points and escape without hurting the shoulder again,” Bulger said.

The Rams haven’t done a whole lot with either quarterback but they have at least looked better of late. Bulger is expected to get the start on Sunday against the Jaguars in this bet on football game. “I would think, yeah,” head coach Steve Spagnuolo said. “He gets in there on Wednesday, gets in the flow of things practice wise…Marc is the quarterback.” The Rams may be worth a shot if Bulger gets time to throw in this game against the Jaguars.

The Rams have not been that great against the bet on football number on the road of late. The Rams are 2-5 in NFL betting in their last 7 games as a road underdog. The problem for gamblers that bet on football with taking the Jaguars is that they are 2-8 vs. the NFL betting number in their last 10 home games. They are also 1-9 vs. the bet on football odds in their last 10 games as a favorite.
