Play Pai Gow Poker

Pai Gow poker at land-based casinos is a multi-player game where the deal rotates around the table much like a online poker game. In online Pai Gow poker the player plays against the house/computer. A round of Pai Gow poker begins when seven cards are dealt.

The player divides his hands into two hands, a 2-card hand called the "low" or "front" hand, and a 5-card hand called the "high" or "back" hand. The goal is to beat the dealer on both hands in online Pai Gow poker.

The rule in online Pai Gow poker is that the player's 2-card hand may not beat his 5-card hand. For example, if the two cards were a pair of aces, the five-card hand would have to contain two pairs or better. Because Pai Gow poker is played with a joker, five aces is the highest 5-card hand, beating even a straight flush. For the 2-card hand, any pair beats any two unmatched cards, but no other combinations are possible. Betting Pai Gow poker is easy. If both hands lose to the dealer, you lose your bet. If both hands win, you win even money. If one hand wins and the other loses, it's a push.
