Bet on Sports and Win Cash at SBG Sportsbook Loyalty Rewards Program

1. 1. SBG Global wants to reward you for your loyalty to us. What Better way to honor you than with free cash in your account.
2. 2. Loyalty points are awarded every time you place a wager in the sportsbook, play in the casino, or bet on the ponies. Each time a bet is made, you will receive 1 loyalty point for every betting dollar that is wagered.
   Example: If you bet $110 to win $100, you will earn 100 loyalty points. Conversely speaking, if you bet $100 to win $200, you will receive 100 loyalty points. Always the lesser amount.

Access:
Through your SBG Global account and by calling any of our Customer Service representatives, you will be able to check your reward Points and request to redeem your points.

Participation:
• Once we accept your SBG GLOBAL account and you have made an initial deposit of $50, we will automatically establish a Reward Account for the Loyalty program in your name.
• You are bound by all procedures and conditions we establish from time to time regarding the Loyalty Program, Rewards, or Redemption of rewards.

Earning Points:
The Loyalty Program begins March 1st, 2007. Earning points is easy, on straight wagers, props and money lines you will earn 1 point for every dollar you win. For exotic wagers like parlays (2 pts.), teasers (3 pts.), round robins (4 pts.), etc., you will earn a point for every dollar you risk or win (it will always be the lowest of the 2 amounts).
• Any free money won through our Loyalty Points Program must be bet 5 times in the Sportbook, and 20 times in the Casino, before taking a payout.

Redemption:
• Points can be redeemed according to the amount earned on a number of free cash bet amounts, please check our web site for redemption structure.
• Points earned are for the member's benefit only and may not be transferred to anyone. The Account holder cannot combine points with any other account and the points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• You will not be entitled to redeem any more points until all your free bets have been played.

Points redemption: one time per week, from Monday to Sunday.

Rules:
• We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your reward points.
• We are the final authority as to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and as to any other questions or disputes regarding the Program or any Reward.
• If we allow an exception to the redemption rules for any reason, this does not constitute having waived any of our future rights to administer the program.
• The awarding of SBG Global rewards points and the redemption of Rewards are void where prohibited by law.
It is not allowed to accumulate points by purchasing them in order to redeem a reward.
• Membership in the Program and all related benefits are offered at our sole discretion.
• SBG Global reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time.
• We can change these Terms and Conditions, any Program features, benefits or rules, redemption procedures, change or cancel Rewards and the terms or conditions of any other Program documents, all without notice, and even though changes may affect the value of reward Points already accumulated. For example but without limitation: add, delete or change, suppliers, time limits for how to collect, redeem or use reward points, Rewards, travel restrictions, or any fees or charges or taxes payable by you.
• If we cannot confirm that points were properly issued or obtained we may refuse to record or honor them.
• It is your responsibility to check the Member Agreement page of the SBG Global Web site regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified.
• If no reward points are recorded in your Account for 6 months we may terminate your enrolment in our Loyalty Program.
• If at any time you commit fraud, misrepresent any information, violate any of these Terms and Conditions, abuse your Program privileges or, in any other way, act to the detriment of us or any affiliates or Suppliers of the Program, we may, without affecting our other rights, terminate your enrolment and/or cancel your Points.
• If a reward Point is cancelled for any reason it becomes void without compensation and may not be redeemed.

Privacy Statement:
• We must collect personal information from our Loyalty Program - name, address, telephone number, date of birth and e-mail address- and transaction information. It is used to credit your Loyalty Program Account, to communicate with you and to check that you are over 18 years old. We may also ask for additional information from you on a voluntary basis through surveys and other means. If you choose not to provide this information, it will not affect your status as a Loyalty Program Collector. We may use this information from time to time to promote additional products, services, Rewards and special offers only from us.
• We do not give, rent or sell our Collector lists to any organization or individual.

Limitation of Liability:
IN NO EVENT WILL ANY OTHER COMPANY WITH WHICH SBG GLOBAL.com HAS A CORPORATE PARTNERING RELATIONSHIP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CO-BRANDING, CO- MARKETING, JOINT DEVELOPMENT, A MERCHANT RELATIONSHIP, OR A SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR NON- PERFORMANCE OF SBG GLOBAL.com OBLIGATIONS. YOU AGREE NOT TO SUE ANY CORPORATE PARTICIPANT FOR NON-PERFORMANCE BY SBG GLOBAL.com. IN NO EVENT SHALL SBG GLOBAL.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS OR LOSSES INCURRED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION COMPENSATORY, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES), HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH:
(I) THE PROGRAM;
(II) ANY FAILURE, DELAY, OR DECISION BY SBG GLOBAL.com IN ADMINISTERING THE PROGRAM;
(III) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS WEB SITE.
