The final score of the game does not play any roll in this NBA halftime betting line. It’s only the action of the second half of the game that matters.

NFL Halftime Betting Example

Raiders 24½
Bears -7

If the customer bets the second half of the game and picks the Bears -7, then the wager is a looser bet since they had to win the second half by more than 7 points and it ended in a tie. On the other hand, if the customer bets on the second half Raiders +7 then that wager would be a winner.
