Top Ranked Heavy Weights in UFC Odds

UFC odds are full of top fighters across all the weight classes. But just like in boxing the one weight class that seems to indistinctly draw the most attention among the UFC betting odds is the heavyweight class.

Right now the UFC odds in this division are loaded with enormous men with enormous talent and that's why the heavy weight class remains so popular with the sports betting community.

UFC odds makers, at present likely favor Frank Mir as the top heavyweight fighter in the heavy weight UFC odds betting division. Mir currently holds the UFC odds interim title belt which he won in a very good fight against Antonio Norgueira in UFC 92. But he's barely ahead of UFC betting odds newcomer Brock Lesnar in the eyes of many UFC odds fans.

Mir is one of the greatest heavyweights in the history of the UFC odds and seems like he's finally coming into his own with the old guard in the weight class ageing and slowing. He would love to grab the heavyweight title in the UFC betting odds and soon he'll have his chance.

But he'll have to go through Lesnar, the current UFC odds heavyweight champ. A unification match is in the works and will likely take place on July 11th at the UFC 100 according to most UFC betting odds sources. In head to head combat the two have met once before in the UFC odds and Mir got the better of Lesnar.

This time around though many gurus of the UFC odds expect Lesnar to put Mir down. In their first meeting, Lesnar was especially green and proved he could score on Mir, but lacked the technique to beat the UFC odds heavyweight. But with a few more UFC odds matches under his belt, better technique, and more confidence he's become the threat most UFC odds experts thought he could become with a bit of training. And he's also the title holder in one of the most difficult divisions in the UFC odds.

Also in the mix for the title of top heavyweight is Nogueira, a former UFC odds champ, who despite the recent loss to Mir is still one of the top fighters in online betting.

A notch below these fighters is the aging legend and UFC odds Hall of Famer Randy Coture, who proved he can still get it done in the ring but is longer among the heavyweight elites in the UFC odds. And when it comes to heavyweight UFC odds a star on the rise and a name to watch is Shane Carwin. He's got a 10-0 record and has never had a match go past 2:11 minutes.
