New York Signs Simeon Rice UFL Betting
The New York Sentinels announced they signed the 35-year-old defensive end. UFL odds have the Sentinels playing a six-game schedule in their inaugural season.
UFL betting tells us that Rice last played in the NFL in 2007, when he was released by the Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos. UFL odds will be on the board for the Sentinels opener at Orlando on October 10th. Each of the four teams in UFL betting will play six games in this first year. Sports betting told us that the Orlando Tuskers will play at the Citrus Bowl Stadium in Orlando and at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg. UFL betting stats tell us that Rice had 122 sacks in 12 seasons in the NFL. He was a three-time Pro Bowler with the Bucs and Arizona Cardinals and won a Super Bowl with the Bucs.
UFL betting indicates that the Tuskers also signed former Bengals, Raiders, and Patriots wide receiver Doug Gabriel. They also added former Packers backup quarterback Craig Nall as UFL betting notes tell us.
Other teams in UFL betting also have former NFL players on their roster. The California Redwoods have running back Obafemi Ayanbadejo, wide receiver B.J. Sams and defensive end Paul Carrington. The Redwoods will play their home games at AT&T Park in San Francisco as UFL betting indicates. UFL betting tells us that they are coached by Dennis Green, who was a long-time NFL head coach. The Redwoods play their home opener in UFL odds on Oct. 17th as they host the Las Vegas Locomotives. Sports betting had Ayanbedejo in the NFL for seven years and playing on four different teams including the 2000 Baltimore Ravens who won the Super Bowl. UFL betting indicates that Sams played four seasons with the Ravens and one with the Kansas City Chiefs while Carrington played in 2006 with Atlanta.
UFL betting at the sportsbook kicks off on October 8th with a game on Versus television as the Las Vegas Locomotives host the California Redwoods. That game should be interesting as J.P. Losman leads Las Vegas in UFL odds. The other game in Week 1 UFL betting at the sportsbook has Florida hosting New York two days later.
